CROCK POT EASY SWISS STEAK
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice
2-3 pounds of round steak
2 packages of onion soup mix
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup {10-oz}
1 soup can of water
Trim fat from steak and cut into 5-6 serving
size pieces. Place in crock pot. Add dry onion
soup mix, water and mushroom soup.
Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on high.
Maybe turning down to medium
or low the last hour or so. Test meat.
We like ours well done, so will probably cook
on high the entire time.
